Your privacy is important to us. Slate Solutions, Inc. (dba PATHWAYos) and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“PATHWAYos,” “we,” or “us”), understand your concerns with regard to how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will use and share information about you carefully and sensibly. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect about you, how we collect it, how we use it, with whom we may share it, and what choices you have regarding it. This Privacy Policy applies to your use of our web or mobile site, or other application (the “Site”) and any other means by which we may collect information about you, including information you may provide to us other than on the Site. 1. What information do we collect, and how do we collect it?
We and our third-party service providers (“Contractors”) may collect certain information from or about you in connection with your use of, or your submissions to or via, the Site (together, “Collected Information”), including, but not limited to, email address. You further acknowledge that, even after user generated content might be removed from the Site, copies of such user generated content could still be viewable through the Site if other users of the Site have copied and stored your user generated content or if individuals have access to archived or cached versions of the pages before the user generated content was removed. As with many other websites, the web servers used to operate the Site may collect certain data pertaining to you, including data regarding the equipment and communications method that you use to access the Site, and your activities on our Site. For security reasons and to confirm the integrity of the Site, we and our Contractors may combine components of this data with Collected Information, which may identify you. We may We use “pixel tags,” also known as “web beacons,” which are small graphic files that allow us to monitor the use of our websites. A pixel tag is a type of technology placed on a website or within the body of an email for the purpose of tracking activity on websites, or when emails are opened or accessed, and is often used in combination with cookies. A pixel tag can collect information such as the IP (Internet Protocol) address of the computer that downloaded the page on which the tag appears; the URL of the page on which the pixel tag appears; the time the page containing the pixel tag was viewed; the type of browser that fetched the pixel tag; and the identification number of any cookie on the computer previously placed by that server.
2. How will we use the information you provide to us?
In addition to the uses described above, we and our Contractors may use Collected Information to analyze and improve the content, materials, and services that we make available on the Site, to notify you of changes made to the Site, to evaluate user needs and improve the Site content, to send you promotional materials, and support our continuing efforts to offer users the information and services we think they want most. If you contact us for support or assistance, we may use Collected Information to provide service and support to you. We may also use Collected Information and the associated statistical data we and our Contractors generate to deliver targeted advertisements to you and other visitors of our Site.
We may also contact you to confirm registration information and regarding changes to PATHWAYos's Terms of Use and this Privacy Statement. On occasion, we may send you updates, a newsletter or other news regarding the Site. You may choose to “opt-out” of these notifications at any time, even after you have provided personally identifiable information, by following the procedures set forth below. Please note, however, that under certain circumstances, if you initially do not choose to “opt-in,” or if you later “opt-out,” you may not be eligible for certain services from us for which a name, e-mail address, telephone number or other personally identifiable information is needed.
As part of your registration on the Site, you shall receive a user profile. Your profile information, as well as your name and email may be displayed to other people on the Site in accordance with your privacy settings.
PATHWAYos may send you, and third parties identified by you, service-related announcements from time to time through the general operation of the Site, such as to indicate that you have received a message from another user or to alert you of an event for which you have asked to receive alerts.
PATHWAYos may use information you submit to the Site in a non-identifying fashion (unless otherwise permitted by you) in order to provide aggregate statistics regarding user membership and service hours completed from the Site and to provide personalized service opportunities to you.
We and our Contractors may store Collected Information for as long as needed for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy, which may be indefinitely.
Except for the above, we will not share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of the Company unless we have your affirmative (and informed) consent to do so. We do not collect or share any sensitive personal information. Sensitive personal information is a particular category of personal information relating to racial or ethnic origins, political or religious beliefs or sexuality.
3. Privacy of Children
We understand that young people need special safeguards and privacy protection. We realize that they may not understand all the provisions of our policy or be able to make thoughtful decisions about the choices that are made available to our adult users. We strongly urge all parents to participate in their children’s exploration of the Internet and any online services, and to teach their children about protecting their personal information while online.
We prohibit registration by children under the age of 13 for the Site and no one under 13 may provide any personally identifiable information to PATHWAYos or on the Site. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register on the Website or send any information about yourself to PATHWAYos. You agree to abide by these restrictions, and not to help anyone avoid these restrictions. 4. With whom do we share the information we collect?
We may share Collected Information with certain of our Contractors (e.g., our web hosting provider) in order to provide the Site to you. We may also share Collected Information with some of our third-party service provider organization partners in furthering our mission as an organization or delivering the content, materials, and services available on or through the Site to you and any complimentary services to the services provided on or through the Site. If all or part of Slate Solutions, Inc or PATHWAYos is sold, merged, or otherwise transferred to another entity, we may transfer Collected Information to such entity as part of that transaction.
5. Access to Your Information and Choices
If you have questions about personal information we have about you or need to update your information, you can Contact Us. If you would like to request to review, correct, restrict or delete personal information that you have previously provided to us, object to the processing of personal information, or if you would like to request to receive an electronic copy of your personal information for purposes of transmitting it to another company (to the extent this right to data portability is provided to you by applicable law), you can Contact Us. We will respond to your request in accordance with the applicable law that governs the collection, use and deletion of your data and information. The requested deletion will be as comprehensive as possible but is always subject to issues outside of our control, including applicable regulations and laws, your actions and the actions of third parties. You can opt-out of receiving marketing and promotional e-mails from Company by using the opt-out or unsubscribe feature contained in the e-mails. It is important to note that we may retain a copy of the information for archival purposes and to avoid identity theft or fraud. 6. How Do We Protect Information Collected About You?
We have put in place certain security measures to safeguard Collected Information, but the storage and communication of Collected Information can never be completely secure. Hence, we do not guarantee that information that you transmit or otherwise supply to us, or any communications conducted on or through the Site, is or will be totally secure. 7. Interactive Areas
We may provide areas within the Site that allow users to post commentary and other materials. If we do, these interactive areas, such as discussion forums, are intended to enhance the user experience and build a healthy community around the products and services available through the Site. PATHWAYos is not liable for information posted in interactive areas of the Site. You acknowledge that, should you participate in such interactive areas, the information you voluntarily post about yourself and third parties in such areas might be accessed, collected and used by third parties other than PATHWAYos or our Contractors.
8. Access To and Correction of Information
Most of the Collected Information about you on the Site is directly accessible by you through the Site’s features and you may modify or edit such information at any time by logging into your account and using the Site’s account editing functions. Please note that information you remove through such means may still remain in backup copies for a reasonable period of time.
You acknowledge and are aware that personally identifiable information that you have shared with other users of the Site through one of the communication channels on the Site generally cannot be removed by you.
If you would like to review any of the other personally identifiable information we have retained about you in our database, please send us an e-mail request for this information at admin@pathwayos.com. To help us address your request, please specify which information you wish to review. Once you have reviewed this information, at your request we will correct personally identifiable information about you that you state is erroneous. You should be aware, however, that it is not always possible to completely remove or modify information in our databases and servers although we will always make reasonable efforts to do so upon your request.

If at any time you would like to stop receiving notifications or opt-out of a feature, you may choose to opt-out by unsubscribing from notifications and messages within your user profile. You should be aware, however, that it is not always possible to completely remove or modify information in our databases and servers although we will always make reasonable efforts to do so upon your request.

From time to time, we may change our privacy practices, and this Privacy Policy, because of changes in relevant and applicable legal or regulatory requirements, our business practices, or in our attempts to better serve your needs and those of our other customers. 11. Location of this Site
This Site is hosted and operated in the United States. However, we and our Contractors may, in our effort to provide the Site, store Collected Information in the United States, or we may transfer it to, and store it within, other countries.
Those who access or use the Site from jurisdictions outside the United States do so at their own choice and risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local law. If you are not a resident of the United States, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect and use your personal information outside your home jurisdiction, and that we may store your personal information in the United States or elsewhere. 12. Third Party Service Providers
Service opportunities appearing on the Site may be delivered to users by PATHWAYos or one of our third-party service provider organization partners. Our partners may set cookies or web beacons or use other technologies that allow the partner’s server to recognize your computer each time they send you a service opportunity or update. In this way, third-party servers may compile information about where you, or others who are using your computer, saw their service opportunities and determine which opportunities are clicked on. This information allows a service provider network to deliver targeted opportunities that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies and tracking technologies by PATHWAYos and does not cover the use of cookies or other tracking technologies by any third-party service providers.
13. California Privacy Rights
Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us once a calendar year information about the customer information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g. requests made in 2012 will receive information regarding 2011 sharing activities).

We will provide the requested information to you at your e-mail address in response. Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by the “Shine the Light” requirements and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response.
14. International Privacy Practices
Company’s websites, including websites directed to residents in countries and jurisdictions outside of the United States, are operated and managed on servers located and operated within the United States. If you are using our Site out of the United States, your data and information is collected in the country in which you are located and is transferred to the United States or another country where our servers are located.

However, we and our Contractors may, in our effort to provide the Site, store Collected Information in the United States, or we may transfer it to, and store it within, other countries. 75.
